WARRANTY

We stand behind our product. It’s that simple.

We guarantee all our pieces to be free from material and manufacturing defects. And if your suit should fail due to regular, sporty outdoor use, we will replace it for you.

This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace the item. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents or any modification to a PARC Swimwear item. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, within the 15 days. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges and refunds on all orders, excluding the initial shipping or duty costs incurred by the customer.

We only offer exchanges for the same item or an item of the same value in a different size, colour, or pattern. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be exchanged, depending on product availability, for equal or lesser value. Sale items must be sent back within 3 days of product delivery, or the sale exchange policy is not valid. You must e-mail your shipment tracking number to orders@parcswimwear.com to qualify for the exchange.

Shipping costs incurred on sending a suit back to us for size exchange, store credit or refund are NOT covered, however PARC Swimwear does cover the cost of sending the new size back to you again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

Free shipping is included on orders over $200 within Canada.

Please keep in mind we are not liable for product being returned in the mail by customers; be sure to use a registered postal service and tracking number when returning product.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
